All the reasons we are thankful!

"I never in a million years would have guessed that I would be where I am today. As a little girl, I dreamed of being a veterinarian and later pursued a degree in Agricultural Education with a passion for helping mold young people into productive members of society. Little did I know that my life would take a turn that I never expected but that I would never be more grateful for." - Michelle Dammen

When should I replace my furnace?

I get asked this question here in Bozeman all the time. How long does a furnace last? We have seen furnace units that were installed in the 1950s that are still functioning and heating homes here in the Gallatin Valley, but it isn’t very common. The average warranty for modern high-efficiency furnaces is 10 years. You should expect your furnace unit to last anywhere from 10-20 years if it is maintained and repaired regularly.
